To standardize product publicity, sharpen company-wide compliance awareness and forestall legal risks in advertising, Zhongjiu Flash Medical Technology Co., Ltd. held a thematic training session titled “Compliance Boundaries and Risk Prevention in Publicity Messaging” on the morning of 13 November 2025. The session was led by retained counsel from Sichuan Ruoli Law Firm.

The training focused on the compliance requirements for medical-device advertising. It systematically reviewed the latest provisions of the Advertising Law, the Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Medical Devices, and the Interim Measures for the Examination and Administration of Advertisements for Drugs, Medical Devices, Health Foods and Foods for Special Medical Purposes. Using typical cases, the speaker explained in plain language how to distinguish “commercial advertisements” from “non-advertising commercial publicity,” the medical-device ad-examination workflow, content that must not be published, common violations and their legal consequences, giving practical guidance to every department on drawing red lines and avoiding pitfalls in day-to-day publicity work.
Immediately afterward, the company rolled out a briefing on “Performance Assessment of Compliance & Risk-Control Officers and Key Points of Compliance Management,” detailing the duties of compliance officers and the three pillars of compliance management, further tightening internal requirements and pushing compliance responsibilities down to every post and every individual.

After the session, Chief Financial Officer Ling Qianying said the training not only gave staff a clear understanding of the laws and regulations governing medical-device advertising, but also provided a well-marked roadmap for building the company’s future compliance-management mechanism. “Compliance is the lifeline of sound corporate development,” she stressed. “Every department must take this training as a starting point, turn theoretical knowledge into behavioral norms, and strictly vet publicity planning, content release and channel management.
