During the training, the instructor started with the "Decoding the Underlying Logic of Workplace Communication" and used real corporate cases to deeply analyze common pain points in cross-departmental collaboration for the trainees. In the "Cross-Departmental Communication Skills" segment, an innovative sandbox simulation exercise was adopted. Trainees were divided into groups to role-play as market, R&D, production, and observer roles. Through scenario designs such as case settings, goal conflicts, and team reflections, the trainees were guided to handle practical dilemmas in their roles and collaboratively explore solutions. To address pain points in internal communication, the instructor distilled the "Three-Step Method for Internal Client Communication": Identify the Client → Reach Consensus on Needs → Fulfill through Action, helping trainees quickly grasp the core logic of efficient communication. Additionally, the trainees systematically listened to explanations about the five dysfunctions of team collaboration and capacity enhancement, gaining a clearer understanding of the path to effective collaboration. At the end of the training, the instructor recognized the group with the best participation and awarded prizes followed by a group photo.
At the conclusion of the training, He Xintan, the company's General Manager, fully affirmed the effectiveness of the training and emphasized:
