Working overtime, he independently completed the design, installation, wiring, and power-on debugging of the CBCT imaging electronic control system, and actively participated in image recognition testing and image reconstruction, accumulating valuable experience for the productization of CBCT. In the central control box and control handle projects, he shouldered the major responsibility single-handedly, participating from schematic drawing to power-on debugging, saving the company over CNY 200,000 in R&D costs. In the X-Flash type inspection prototype task, he efficiently completed the installation of the treatment head and the optimization and modification of the ionization chamber, contributing to the whole machine assembly and debugging. Simultaneously, he led the design of dose test tooling and participated in the optimization of shell components, providing solid technical support for the project's progress. Xiao Youming maintains a positive attitude and rigorous work ethic, possesses a strong team spirit, and, relying on his professional capability and sense of responsibility, successfully ensured the high-quality completion of two major projects according to schedule.
