In order to further consolidate the achievements of the themed education on Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, give play to the leading role of Party building in promoting the development of workers' organizations, enhance the creativity, cohesion, service ability and combat effectiveness of the Party branch and the trade union, and strengthen the ideological and work style construction of Party members, cadres and employees. On March 30, the Zhongjiu Flash Party Branch led the branch trade union to carry out a theme Party day and team building activity titled "Promoting the Development of Workers' Organizations through Party Building and Pooling Strength for Development".

The activity first took everyone to the Wang Youmu Memorial Hall in Wudu Town, Jiangyou City. Following the steps of the docent, everyone visited the Exhibition Hall of Revolutionary Deeds of Martyr Wang Youmu and the Memorial Hall of Eternal Flame in sequence, listened carefully to the life story of Wang Youmu, and intuitively and deeply understood his touching deeds of dedicating himself to serving the country, running newspapers and engaging in the revolution. It is known that in his short life, Martyr Wang Youmu spread the revolutionary spark of Marxism throughout Sichuan, laying the foundation for the proletarian revolutionary cause in Sichuan.

After the visit and study, all the participants went to Yaowang Valley in Jiangyou to carry out outdoor team building activities. Through outdoor hiking activities, team cooperation and tacit understanding were further strengthened, and the passion and vitality of employees were stimulated.

This activity combined Party building activities with trade union team building in the form of on-site visits to red relics and outdoor hiking activities. It was not only a red class with rich content, but also a fun outdoor practice, further improving the cohesion and centripetal force of Party member employees and promoting Party members, cadres and employees to better carry forward the spirit of hard work and dedication in their work and life. Everyone said that they would learn from the revolutionary martyrs with practical actions, continue to maintain the enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and striving for excellence, be brave to take on responsibilities and make greater contributions to the high-quality development of the company.
