In order to celebrate the 103rd anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, inspire party members, cadres, and employees to adhere to their original mission and maintain their progressive nature, strengthen the political literacy and party spirit cultivation of party members, cadres, and employees, and combine the study of party discipline education topics, on June 29th, the Zhongjiu Shanguang Party Branch carried out the “Celebrate July 1st, Remember the Original Aspiration, Maintain Integrity, and Strengthen Party Spirit” themed party day activities, educate and guide party members, cadres, and employees to adhere to the spiritual pursuit of Communists, and continue the red gene of loyalty to the party.

The activity first visited the China Academy of Sciences Science Museum, where everyone followed the guide and learned about the development history of China’s nuclear industry and the arduous struggle of our ancestors through watching vivid historical pictures, documents, scene models, and documentary films. They experienced the arduous process and great achievements of China’s nuclear weapon development, understood the profound connotation of the “Two Bombs, One Satellite” spirit, and deeply realized the patriotic sentiment and selfless dedication spirit of scientists.

After the visit, according to the relevant deployment requirements of party discipline education and learning, combined with the newly revised “Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China”, the party branch secretary He Xintian gave a special party class to all party members and employees. The party class focused on “Important Expositions on the Party’s Discipline Construction and Understanding of the Regulations”, and everyone learned and understood General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important expositions on the party’s discipline construction together, and exchanged views on the key contents of the newly revised “Regulations on Disciplinary Actions of the Communist Party of China”.

Subsequently, the branch held a collective political birthday ceremony for some party members with the theme of “Remembering the Original Aspiration on Political Birthday and Strengthening Party Spirit with the Mission in Mind”. The branch presented them with political birthday cards and expressed their heartfelt blessings, hoping that every party member would always remember their identity as a party member, practice the original aspiration of joining the party, and build a firm ideal and belief.

Through this themed party day study, party members, cadres, and employees deeply felt the selfless dedication spirit of our ancestors, further inspired their patriotic enthusiasm and innovative spirit. They all said that they would learn from the revolutionary martyrs, inherit the red spirit, draw spiritual strength from the history of our ancestors to fear no danger and forge ahead, internalize the “Two Bombs, One Satellite” spirit in their hearts, and externalize it in their actions.
