GB/T 29490-2023 is a national standard for enterprise intellectual property compliance management systems, designed to provide companies with a scientific and standardized intellectual property management system (IPMS). This helps businesses effectively prevent intellectual property risks, improve the level of intellectual property management, and enhance their market competitiveness.

The standardization launch meeting specially invited senior experts in the field of intellectual property for guidance. Through practical case studies, the experts profoundly demonstrated the importance of intellectual property and the standardization work. They also introduced potential intellectual property risks and considerations from multiple perspectives, including technology research and development, manufacturing, human resources, financial activities, and contract management. The experts emphasized that intellectual property work is a collaborative effort involving all employees. Only by establishing a robust and long-term mechanism and continuously optimizing the intellectual property management system can a company provide strong support for its sustainable development.

Zhongjiu Flash Medical Technology Co., Ltd., has conducted comprehensive self-inspections and preparatory work before the meeting. The company currently holds 40 trademarks and 42 patents, an achievement that is the result of the company's long-term focus on the protection and utilization of intellectual property.

Through standardization, Zhongjiu Flash will further enhance the company's management level and the ability to avoid various intellectual property risks, thereby strengthening its core competitiveness.

Next, the standardization work will follow the GB/T 29490-2023 standard, going through a series of steps such as work initiation, investigation and diagnosis, system construction, preparation of system documents, document review, training and promotion, operation and implementation, internal audit and management review, and external audit certification, to ensure the smooth progress and effectiveness of the standardization work.
